As far as distance to known locations here's a brief breakdown: It's about a 10-15 min drive to The Fountains and Fort Bliss (depending on the gate). On certain days the drive to CSM Gate on East Bliss was under 15 minutes. Zaragoza shopping centers are easy access and are within a 15 minute drive. You can access I-10 in about 10 minutes. Some cons, during rush hour heading home, traffic can get somewhat congested, but there are many ways to arrive to the home so with time you'll figure out the detours. On the weekend, yard sale shoppers are active so be cautious for what you leave outside(front yard) because it can get mistaken for "trash". It is an older community so in our cul de sac, there aren't that many young children in the vent that you have kids and like to socialize. Lastly, since the home is on the corner, your sidewalk might find itself with cars parked there overnight since some homes have limited parking spaces.
